President

Dr. Gina Kim-Ahn is a private practice radiologist working with MedStar Health in the DC Metro area. She received her BS from Stanford University and MD from University of the Health Sciences. She completed her diagnostic radiology residency at Madigan Army Medical Center. She served in US Army as a general radiologist, including a tour in Iraq in 2009. After leaving the Army, she completed a breast imaging fellowship at George Washington University and has been working in the DC Metro area since.

Dr. Kim-Ahn is the current DMV KAMA chapter president. She is also actively involved in the community as the vice president of the Korean Community Senior Housing Corporation and board member of the Brem Foundation to Defeat Breast Cancer.
